Election Day Activities, Veterans Day Giveaway, and a Currently

We had so much fun at school today learning about the election.  We were very excited today!!! Here is a few pictures of what we did.  These activities can be found in my election unit that you can view here by clicking on the picture below.

 I voted coloring page.

 Our entire school voted in a mock election.  Barack Obama won. 


 We had our own classroom election and Barack Obama won again.

 We wore our patriotic hats.  They said (students name) for president.
 We wrote true facts about Romney.

We wrote true facts about Obama

We also watched videos on Brainpop Jr and Scholastic News.

    Your mock election is adorable. How fun for them to be able to pretend like they're voting. I think it will make them want to vote when they're older. Your blog is too cute!
